30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If within 30 days of delivery you decide a NeuroGain product is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility:
- One opened bottle per customer is eligible for a refund
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be purchased directly from neurogainlabs.com
This guarantee exists to support confidence — not excess.
Returns on Unopened Products
Unopened, unused bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Products must be returned in original condition
- Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected
Non-Eligible Returns
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- More than one opened bottle per customer
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Bottles that are damaged, excessively used, or returned without authorization
- Purchases made through third-party retailers
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are eligible for the same refund terms outlined above.
Subscriptions may be skipped or canceled at any time prior to shipment through your account portal.
Refunds do not apply to orders that have already shipped beyond the eligibility window.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our end.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
